This Thesis project is targeted to generate a recommendation layout for PT.SANKEN ARGADWIJA by get the most of the Systematical Layout Planning ( SLP) and Flow analysis while supported by in-depth analysis of Assembly process design to optimize the layout. Every manufacturing company must have experiencing building a layout. Many ways of working to generate layout is established and each has its own purposes and benefits. This thesis project is focusing the design of manufacturing facilities layout from the views of Industrial Engineering with a high stresses on the Systematical Layout Planning ( SLP) method and then comparing the result with the current layout prior to relocation within several parameters.
