Implementing Quality of Service (QOS) of MPLS for voice over IP: an IPTV service

Internet Protocol (IP) is a standard protocol for communication in modern times. But IP has a problem in the implementation of Quality of Service(QoS). Indonesia wants to implement IPTV and one of them is Voice over IP(VoIP). Developing IPTV needs a reliable QoS that is why it uses MPLS to provide a good implementation of QoS.rnPreparing the devices for enabling MPLS is needed and the Quality of Service is implemented on the devices. Then the evalution of the configuration is needed before accessing IPTV. Preparing VoIP using Asterisk is needed for proving the QoS that has been implemented. After the implementation is done, it is checked using network tools analysis and VoIP service so it can be concluded if our Quality of Service is running well.rnThis research has shown that the Quality of Service that build is available for running VoIP services.
