Social Networking are changing the ways in which people use and engage with the internet and with each other. people are quick to use the new technology in ways which increasingly blur the boundaries between their online and offline activities. Social networking also changing rapidly as technology changes with new mobile dimensions and features. rnThe recent emergence of location-based social networking services is revolutionizing mobile social networking allowing users to share real-life experiences via geo-tagged user-generated multimedia content. One of the key challenges of the web-based social networks as an information sharing and exchanging channel is how to manage healthy relationships among community users and ensure the quality of the information shared and exchanged within the community, which holds a very significant importance to user satisfaction. Deciding whom and what information to trust is very difficult in environment where the users are unknown to each other.The purpose of this research is to integrate between Social network and Location-based Service in Blackberry Java Development Environtment which will lead to Location-based Social Network System. The system will be use Blackberry maps as the primary location mapping and routing.
