Analysis of sap's enterprise resource planning implementation based on balanced scorecard to measure the system performance in PT. Cipta Kridatama
Enterprise Resource Planning is an integrated information system that has been used by many organizations to easily store, retrieve, manipulate and share their data across the departments. PT. Cipta Kridatama is an example of those companies that are tempted by those advantages and decided to implement the system, therefore measuring the performance is needed to determine the value of the system for the company. This thesis is done by observing the ERP system including the implemented modules. The main research is conducted by using Balanced Scorecard, a strategic management method that focused on four perspectives within the company. The results show that the ERP system performance has increased since the time of the implementation, based on financial perspective because of the cause-and-effect relationship. Questionnaires were also given to the employees that are using the ERP system, calculating the total index to determine the customer satisfaction based on the agreement level.
