The method obtained is comparative analysis on the business performance at each phase of the development in terms of lead time, availability level, and order fulfillment. This research is expected to provide recommendation about necessary improvements for the company to get better performance on their distribution system. From the findings, the author concluded that the business process performance after the development of new warehouse and new shipping route is improving but have not contributed yet to the significant improvement of overall business process. New challenges for the company are to optimize its lead time for orders, maximizing the order fulfillment rate, while minimizing additional cost that is needed to support the availability of parts. This thesis suggests the company to have sub warehouses under consignment agreement with their customers.
