Case study of brand performance of Lau's Kopitiam Restaurant in Teraskota Mall, Serpong
Every company must have their own brand for being acknowledgeable and valuable. Build a strong brand performance is needed an extra time and effort in correlation with marketing strategy. The owner of Lau?s Kopitiam wants to build a strong brand for the beneficial of the company in the results of revenue. The study uses descriptive method approaches which are interviewing the owner of Lau?s Kopitiam Restaurant and surveying the customers. The results show that every components of brand equity do have impact for the company performance.
