To find the opportunity, this thesis work compared the previous 5 years sales data from the company and market demands, and then indentifies the significant factors of the market demand. The significant variables then processed to find an equation of market demand. To find the market?s opportunity, the upcoming market demand is forecasted with forecasting formulas. In fact, after analyzed and processed the data, there are market opportunities in outside Jabodetabek region. In conclusion, PT.Latinusa tbk still has a large opportunity to expand their market and increase their sales.
