Foreign Direct Investment is the main topic on this thesis. Base on World Investmenr Report 2008,Indonesia is in 104th position in terms of capacity to attract FDI. Indonesia was still left behind than other south east asia countries. There are some elements that investors think that Indonesia need to do better. Therefore, The Naational Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) has made survey for business communities in order to gain information toward the disadvantages of country in Indonesia in terms of their perspective. There must be some changes from the country of Indonesia if they still want to attract investors from abroad.
