Analysis on employee turnover in some hotels in Jakarta
This research will discuss about the factors that influence the employee turnover in some hotels in Jakarta. The data collection in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaire to 100 respondents who is already experienced moving from one hotel to another hotel and from interview with manager of hotel X to backing up the questionnaire. The variables are measured by using Likert Scale to find out the agreement level of respondents toward the statements in the questionnaire. The SPSS version 15 is used to do reliability and validity test on collected questionnaires and calculate the data that gained from questionnaires. Based on the research analysis, it is proved that the salary and service charge, working environment, and personal reason are the factors that influence the employee turnover in some hotels in Jakarta. The calculation shows that every factor has the impact to the turnover.
