Impact of credit card promotion in relation to consumer behavior, case study Pizza Marzano in Grand Indonesia Mall, Jakarta
Nowadays there are many credit card promotional programs which offered in many restaurants. This become a new trend that people were attracted to have credit cards as it is efficient payment method because they do not need to bring much money, they can eat in the restaurant which offered credit card promotional programs. This condition impact to the increase of the demand in Pizza Marzano. To analysis this new trend, will be used questionnaires and in depth interview. SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 16.0 will be used to analyzed these data. This research proved that 80% consumers who eat in Pizza Marzano are attracted by variety of menus at Pizza Marzano.During credit card promotional periods, the demand for eating in Pizza Marzano will rise even more. Credit card offers can affect consumers in their decision-making process. From the analysis result, 77% consumers of Pizza Marzano will come back again to eat in Pizza Marzano.
