The impact of acculturation culture and tourism attraction development toward the sanctity of culture (case: sanctity of pura uluwatu)

Bali is one of tourism destination, Bali have beautiful scenery and also uniqueness of culture. Bali has a large number of sanctity place called Pura. Pura Uluwatu is one of sacred place in Bali. Pura Uluwatu located in south Bali in Pecatu area. Pecatu area is one of less develop area in Bali, there is beautiful scenery around but obstacle with sanctity place which is Pura Uluwatu. The author will make a research to find the impact of tourism development regarding sanctity place in that area. The purpose of this research is to figure out how tourism attraction developments give an influence on sanctity place in Bali such as Pura Uluwatu. This research will be finding with qualitative research analysis, the author using primary qualitative research such as observation and in depth interview between investor, government, and balinesse local community. This research is conduct to identify the impact of tourism development toward conserving a sanctity place. Bali government, informal organization, and Balinesse community has made a regulation to protect sanctity place such as pura Uluwatu regarding tourism development in that area.
