Analysis of company performance with return on asset (roa) and return on equity (roe) in food and beverages listed company
This thesis will study the Return on Asset (ROA) Ratio and Return on Equity (ROE) Ratio and to focus on how to measure the company performance in the Food and Beverage industry in Indonesia. This thesis is designed to measure the performance of the company to obtain profit or loss from the assets and equities that the company has. The companies used in this research are the company that the company stock actively traded in Jakarta Stock Exchange within the time period of 2004 until 2008. The analysis conduct in this thesis is descriptive analysis on the financial statement within timeline period of 2004 until 2008 that has been audited. The result of this thesis is to test that ROA and ROE Ratio can be used as benchmark for shareholder to measure the company performance. This thesis will create a benefit for a new shareholder to measure the performance and to invest in the Food and Beverage Company.
