Analysis of liquidity ratio in food and beverage industry
This thesis is designed to analyze the performance of the company in paying their liquidity, which are the short term and long term liabilities. Furthermore, this thesis will explain about the five liquidity ratios, which the author uses to measure the company?s liquidity performance during year 2004 until 2008, which can be connected to the economic condition in Indonesia and global world. For example, the increase in oil price in the end of year 2005 to 2006 and the global crisis that was happened in the end of the year 2008. The data used in this thesis are the audited financial statement from year 2004 until the year 2008, which the author obtained from Jakarta Stock Exchange. Finally, the author hopes that this will help to give a better understanding and information about the business operation of food and beverage industry in Indonesia.
