The implementation of balanced scorecard in assessing the strategic performance: a case study on publicly listed companies in indonesian cosmetics and household industry
The purpose of the study basically is to analyze the implementation of balanced scorecard (?BSC?) in assessing organization performance, in financial and non- financial aspects. BSC consists of four perspectives, such as, financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This research focuses on the three publicly listed companies in the Indonesian cosmetics and household industry. The data is gathered from the annual report and financial statement which can be accessed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (?BEI?) and analyzed through five years span, from 2004-2008. In identifying the data, this research would use quantitative and qualitative methods. It is expected the outcome of this research could improve the organization performance.
