This thesis project consist an analysis of defect at fine blanking machine of PT. Roda Prima Lancar. The use of IDEF is to show the process of fine blanking easier to understand. The purpose of analyzing with quality control tools such as Pareto chart, control chart, and Fish-bone diagram is to help analyzing the process easier and give an input to press shop department so they can reduce defects which happens during fine blanking process.
