Logistics is a key element in economic activity and source of employment. Logistics can be defined in outline is an activity associated with the movement and handling of materials and goods. The expension of trade over the internet, services, and new businesses, encouraging the growing market in the logistics. Due to the widespread of these sectors, logistics is expected to grow going forward. One of the obvious manifestation in logistic is the growth in freight transport. This growth encourage the organization to keep maintain their assets. Driven by this factor, the organization needs to perform a better method to evaluating the maintenance activities.rnUnfortunately, P.T. Multisarana Bahteramandiri doesn?t have any system yet which is include documentations and forms in implementing the maintenance. By using process flow, workflow, and statechart model, histogram, and potential loss of income, this thesis will generate some proposed documents to support the maintenance activities, such as Standard Operating Procedure, maintenance policy, maintenance planning, scheduling, and budget plan, maintenance purchasing procedure, and maintenance lead time.
