Computerized maintenance management system prototype configuration at PT. United Tractor Pandu Engineering using dynamic system development method
The purpose of this thesis is to configure the Maintenance Assistant? ComputerizedrnMaintenance Management System (CMMS), the available CMMS application, to comply with the maintenance business process of PT. United Tractors Pandu Engineering. First, the current maintenance management operation and the existing basic elements of CMMS need to be identified and analyzed then customization of application should be determined. The proposed methodology in this project is Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) due to its suitability to match defined problems with iterative incremental approach, focus on business needs and known short process time. Result shows that 79% of required feature and 87.5% of Business requirement can be configured and customization is needed to fulfill the rest of configuration in the MA? CMMS. In conclusion, DSDM can be used effectively to configure MA? CMMS that suit the company business requirements.
