The purpose of this research is to study whether financial and managerial factors have arnsignificant role in the performance of PT SSBV. This study also discusses the significance on the affects of key financial factors to maintain the performance of the company. This will be conducted by data collection through questionnaires to employees of the company as well as financial statement analysis on a seven year span to get a clear idea of the company performance trend. Furthermore after conducting this research some findings that were found include that there is a certain relationship between financial and managerial factors to the performance of the company, as well as concluding that managerial factors actually play a more important role compared with the financial factors of PT SSBV.
