The purpose of the research is to study the Target Market of SAPHIRE services. The author will analyze of Target Market related to Marketing Mix strategy on SAPHIRE services and how the SAPHIRE match between product, price, place, and promotion in accordance with Target Market to the upper class (Frequent Traveler or Rich & Privileged). Qualitative and Quantitative Research method will be applied in this thesis. The information that was gathered consists of primary data and secondary data that collected from interview, questionnaire, internet, company data and other supporting media. SAPHIRE introduce their products to upper class. When marketing their products firms need to create a successful mix of: the right product, sold at the right price, in the right place, and using the most suitable promotion. In conclusion, Target Market has a relationship to the Marketing Mix strategy implement by SAPHIRE. SAPHIRE implement Marketing Mix based on their Target Market is frequent traveler and Rich & Privileged. With Target Market SAPHIRE know what kind of product, price, distribution channel, and how SAPHIRE to promote in order the Marketing Mix implemented by SAPHIRE appropriate to Target MARKET (Frequent Traveler and Rich & Privileged).
