This thesis discuss about shareholder value analysis in publicly listed companies in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation industries period 2005 ? 2010. The primary data being used is secondary data through financial report from the year 2005 until 2010. The data is being analyzed by comparing financial ratios with dependent variable such as stock price and earnings per share. The results of this study is publicly listed companies are creating value for the shareholder and has relationship with profitability and liquidity ratio to affect the shareholder value. The benefit of this study can be implemented to investor that wishes to invest their share in publicly listed company in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation industries.
