Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) has become increasingly important in today's enterprise management. ERP is a system that integrates all functions and processes within a company. Purpose of the research is to implement an ERP system using ADempiere at PT. Jemasco Utama, and observing the impact of the ERP implementation itself to the productivity of the company. The problem that can be perceived from the company is lacked of cross information between departments within the company. The methodology that will be used is adapted from ERP implementation lifecycle and SAP implementation, while a configuration and implementation using new ADempiere system is created to satisfy the company's needs and expectations. As a result from the implementation, there has been a considerable increase of the productivity at PT. Jemasco Utama.
