The main purpose of this study was to develop a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) incident handling of Malicious code in XYZ Institution. A research method in this thesis is uses PRDIE Framework, which stands for Planning, Research, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Reflecting an effort to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon being studied. Methods used in analyzing this problem using a qualitative methodology that is by doing literature with references to papers, book, e- books, journals and learn standard operating procedures that already exist. This SOP delivers instruction for responding to any anomalies related to online institution's Internet infrastructure that has relation with XYZ Institution.
