Evaluation of the current disaster recovery plan system in PT. United Tractor Pandu Engineering

The purpose of the research is to evaluate UTE regarding implementation of Disaster Recovery System. The evaluation consists of defining service components that located under Data Center service together which description of each service, comparison between the previous system before Disaster Recovery Planning is implemented, and analysis cost of Disaster Recovery Planning implementation. The methodology that used for this research is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), more specifically using the third version of the framework. To calculate the cost analysis, this research compare between costs of downtime that UTE has loss per hour with implementation cost of Disaster Recovery Planning. This research becomes one of the requirements to get a degree for a bachelor. Hopefully, this research will be useful for UTE that had just running the new system of Disaster Recover.
