Job satisfaction and its relation to staff turnover in Hotel X
Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about a job resulting from an evaluation of its characteristics is clearly. And important towards employee and their job. Moreover, job satisfaction have relationship to staff turnover. This research is intended to examine job satisfaction indicators tend to be ignored in hotel X. And to identify the level of job satisfaction and staff turnover and to identify job satisfaction factors have relationship with turnover intention. This research is a descriptive study. The methods to be used are qualitative data supported with quantitative data using observation, interview, and questionnaire as research techniques. Source of data are primary and secondary. This research shows that Hotel are less aware about job satisfaction and impact to high staff turnover.
