Analyzing the customer satisfaction for an all you can eat buffet restaurant; a case study in Restaurant X
This research is intended to enable the all you can eat buffet restaurant operator to respond to customer's need with a better understanding. The quantitative method is used in order to obtain findings through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 15.0 Windows version. The result of the study reveals the demographic characteristic of the target market, as well as their awareness toward the selected all you can eat buffet restaurant, in addition to the three top factors that significantly influence customers to dine at the same restaurant. The study functions as a development tool that grants the opportunity for the all you can eat buffet restaurant operators to improve their quality.
