Analyzing job benefits and the interest of working in cruise ship, case study: hospitality student in X University
Cruise Ship as part of hospitality industry provides many of job benefits to fulfill all crew members need onboard. This thesis analyzes the correlation of job benefits in influencing the employment in cruise ship. The other part is which of job benefits have the strongest affect toward employment. This research uses quantitative and descriptive approach. The quantitative data is obtained from the questionnaire's feedback is processed using SPSS Statistics Program and Microsoft Excel. As the results, it is concluded that Travel experience as part of job benefits play an important role in influencing employment in cruise ship. In order to get more employment on cruise ship, Cruise Ship Industry needs to promote more on cruise ship information in Indonesia, for example lecturing in some university majoring hospitality.
