This thesis conducted in PT. Indonesia Ferry at Merak port, a transportation company located at Cilegon, Banten. The focus on this thesis project is to design system modeling to reduce queuing time for Indonesia Ferry customers. The thesis scope is to construct a validated model that represent the real condition of the Merak port system. Arena simulation software is used to construct the model. As a result, the validated model can be constructed and the output comparison of existing and purpose system can be obtained to support the decision making.
