The objective of this research is to develop a business model of inventory recording in Ice Cream Company. To analyze the requirement in Ice Cream Company by assessing and improving ERP Application called Adempiere. Ice Cream Company XYZ does not have inventory recording system. All of the activities in the company are handled manually. Rapid Application Methodology is used in this research for doing assessment and improvement. Gap between the ice cream inventory recording process and Adempiere is analyzed and compared each other. The result shows that Adempiere is qualified in conducting inventory recording from incoming material until outgoing material in ice cream retail outlet and Adempiere currently does not have stock reminder status to alert the person in charge about the minimum stock.
