In this Information Age, a lot of companies have started to use Technology and Information assets and care about the Information Security. PT. XYZ is a young Indonesian company in coal transportation sector is one of them. Right now, they don?t have an important part of Information Security, which is Information System Management Policy. This research purpose is to design Information System Management Policy for PT. XYZ. The focus on the policy is Email Use, Internet Use, Computer and Information Use. ISO 27000 series will be used as the references to developed the policy. This research use qualitative methods as the primary source for data collections. The final result of this research will be written policies that cover Email Use, Internet Use, Computer and Information Use.
