In an modern organization with working Information System components a Database is often the key for a successful Decision making, business related choices, often customer related choices and most importantly the rise of new information gained from a well working database, The Health Department Of Tangerang Regency has asked us to help them analyze and give an approach for designing their current database, right now their database are deemed less effective than intended with problems arising from metadata problems, data quality problems and even human related problems. in this research we will be using M.I.K.E 2.0 methodology to help guide us in analyzing and creating an approach for designing the current database.
