Analysis components of moving service cost and on-time delivery and their relation to customer satisfaction of cv mandiri moverindo
In this globalization era, transportation becomes most important to transport the goods especially heavy goods. Customer satisfaction is one of important factor to measure the service quality. This study analyzed the components of moving cost and on-time delivery and their relation to customer satisfaction of CV Mandiri Moverindo. The main purpose of this paper is to identify the factor of on-time in delivery of CV Mandiri Moverindo. The secondary purpose of the research is to examine the case study from CV Manndiri Moverindo and how to minimize on delay delivery time which leads to saving costs of delivery. The methodology of the research is based on On-time Delivery Model. Type of study in this research is uses descriptive study and observational study. This research includes case report and survey from descriptive study. The result of this research is the moving cost and on-time delivery?s influences to customer satisfaction.
