Comparing between previous organization and current organization in relation to employee motivation that affects job satisfaction in Waka Hotel and Resorts Bali
The purposes of this study are to identify the affects of employee motivation and satisfaction in the previous organization. Second, to identify the affects of employee motivation and satisfaction in the current organization. Third, to identify the differences between previous organization and current organization in relation to employee motivation that affects job satisfaction. Fourth, is to identify the most common indicator of motivation in the previous organization. And last is to identify the most common indicator of motivation in the current organization. This research use quantitative data, the finding shows that in the previousrnorganization motivation affects the job satisfaction in Waka Hotel and Resort Bali. But, in the current organization employee motivation did not affects their job satisfaction. The research also finds that there is a difference between previous organization and current organization in relation to employee motivation that affects job satisfaction. In the previous organization employees are motivated because the status and the relationship with superior and co-workers. In the current organization they are motivated by their personal life, advancement, and the work it self.
