Data Center is one of important factor of the organization, the key elements of data center are server and storage. Server and storage are key for supporting business operation on the organization. For consolidation issue, especially data center consolidation, it is enabled by consolidation of those two elements. To be successful performing data center consolidation, an organization need to understand about due diligence and those elements of data center consolidation. The purpose of this research are to understanding the potential internal risks in server and storage consolidation and how to response each risks which result is due diligence. This due diligence design purpose to minimize the risk on internal risk in server and storage while implementing server and storage consolidation for data center consolidation which then checked by expert to see whether is applicable as best practice for minimizing those the risks.
