An Analysis Employee Diversity and Compensation and Benefits: an Investigative Study on Employee Performance
Compensation and benefits is one of the most effective way used by management to improve, increase, and increase an employee performance . Moreover, diversity in workforce is increase, but at the same time, this conditions increases the critical challenge for organizations. the organization needs to utilize numerous tactics such as high pay or career advancement in order to retain best suited employees . Therefore, this research aims to investigate the correlation between employee diversity and compensation and benefits; the correlation between compensation and benefits and employee performance. the methodology that used in this research is quantitative methods with 100 respondents from 2 selected companies, which are PT. ABC and CV. XYZ. Data analysis and testing are computed in statistical software to note the level of correlations and influences of elements of employee diversity toward compensation and benefits; the level of correlations and influences of elements of compensation and benefits toward employee performance. as the result found, employee diversity and compensation and benefits has significant relationship; there is a positive relationship between compensation and benefits and employee performance.
