The Impact of Financial & Non-Financial Compensation & Benefit on Emplyee Performance & Organizational Performance

A recent study made by Harvard Business Review stated that employees actually do not work mainly for financial rewards. This new system of people thinking has brought quite attentions to the HR world as companies try to induce the non-financial rewards that could be the alternative to enhance productivity in the workplace. the main purpose of the research is to identify the correlation between one of the biggest HR component, which is C&B on employee and organizational performance that happens in PT. Alkindo Mitraraya. the research will mainly use two sources of data which are both questionnaires distributed to the employees and the data from the companies. the study concludes that employees‚Äö?Ñ?¥ productivity in PT. Alkindo Mitraraya is mainly triggered by non-financial rewards that helps the organizational performance to perform as better, however it is not significant.
