Analysis of the Influence of Corporate Culture and Pay Satisfaction on Employee Satisfaction
There are several ways the company can keep its employees. one of the methods is to prioritize employee satisfaction. Employee satisfaction can be predicted using 2 factors: corporate culture and pay satisfaction. the purposes of this research are to identify factors that contribute to the corporate culture and pay satisfaction, measure its effects and contribution on employee satisfaction. This research using econometrics model specifically ordered logit regression. This thesis findings is: the probability of PT XYZ employee satisfied with their job when the predictor at mean value is 67,2 %, unsatisfied with their job is 32,4%. the marginal probability effects of employee satisfaction also presented in this research.
