Penglipuran traditional village is one of Traditional Balinese Hinduism village which exhibits strong traditional Balinese Hinduism art and culture. It is located in Kelurahan Kubu, Bangli Regency, 45 kilometer from Denpasar City and near Kintamani area. This thesis analyzed some approches in improving Penglipuran Traditional Village as tourism destination using its uniqueness of art and culture. the uniqueness of art and culture in Penglipuran Traditional Village which represent Traditional Balinese Hinduism are: spatial concept, uniformity of angkul-angkul, regulation about no polygamy, uluapad concept and ngaben in Penglipuran. Balinese Hinduism concept will apply in modern living, such as: gotong royong and spatial concept for the house.
