The Analysis of the Correlation Between Intrinsic and Extrinsic Rewards and Working Performance Case Study: Soll Marina Hotel, Serpong

In todays employment market condition, it is essential to maintain a good relationship with the employees in order to retain and develop highly qualified workers. This research aims to investigate the correlation between reward system and working performance. the domains of reward system are intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward. in order to find the best factor of working performance, mixed method approach for data collection and analysis has been used. Amos and Pearsons Correlation methods are used to find the correlation between reward and performance. the positive correlation has been found between intrinsic reward and working performance as well as extrinsic reward and working performance. the study reveals that reward has a different direct impact on employee performance. the better rewards systems given to the workers will have better effect on increasing workers‚Äö?Ñ?¥ performance.
