Corporate social responsibility has become the global issue that attract the attention of the company and society. Many studies have been done to find evidence if there is a relationship between corporate social responsibility towards firm value and profitability. This purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence whether corporate social responsibility has a significant towards firm value and profitability on basic and chemical industry listed in IDX during 2010- 2013. Secondary data will be used to conduct this research to ensure all evidence could be gathered. the results show that CSR has no relationship with Firm Value and Profitability.
