This thesis is to commission the Loop Conveyor station of the FMS 102 model in Swiss German University. It is to be able to fulfill its purpose as a Flexible Manufacturing System. The scope of the thesis is to use the existing systems, such as Profibus, AS-Interface and Identification System, to achieve a certain production process. The initial condition of the FMS 102 was not operational. The process has to be able to transfer the workpiece from the Testing station to the Assembly station, where it is going to be assembled. The Loop Conveyor station will share its IPC with the Assembly station. In the end, the process was able to use the available subsystems to complete its operation.
