Analysis on human resources role in determining human resources management style: case study at SGU
The importance of human capital has changed following the trend and so the role of human resource in a company. This research will analyze how far SGU has used the new role which divided into four, strategic partner, administrative expert, employee champion and change agent. Besides analyzing the role of human resource, this research will also analyze the management style that is used by human resource in SGU. The human resource role and management style will be based on the current analyze and asking the expected situation to all the staff in SGU. All the data will be quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative is taken by questionnaires and qualitative will be based on interview. Analyzing data is using T-test statistic. The result of the research shows that there are still differences in the current and expected situation both in the human resource role and management style which will become HR challenge to balance it.
