The purpose of this research is to enhance the function of identity card (e-KTP) byrnmaking a design of Public Health (e-Health) service. The e-KTP will carry a set ofrnmedical records that will be useful with hospital management system. The benefits ofrnthis research are, such as people will have their own medical data carrier,and thernhospital may provide better health management system and also provide better servicernfor patients .rnThe methodology used in this research based on papers and journals of recentrnsystematic observation and benchmarking method from other countries.
