In today's global economy, in order to remain competitive, a company must continue to seek better long-term relationship with its customer. Price is no longer the single factor that determines everything between a supplier and a customer. Even though price strategies may still work well in the short-term, building a long lasting relationship with customer may require more than just varying the price levels. Customer relationship management has been the newly emerging concept in gaining a competitive advantage over a competitor.rnrnThe purpose of the study is to change the manually system of the company to an automated information system to cover the data report and the data services. The research consists of analysis of the previous business processes, the design and implementation of the new system. The new system is expected to reduce processing time, human resource, and cost.rnrnThis thesis uses Visual Basic 6.0 as the scripting language, and Microsoft Office Access as the database-management system.
