Design and implementation of card tracking feature in e-KTP card management system

Indonesian national identity card called KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) isrnrequired in many affairs and services such as banking service, the making ofrndriving license, insurance, passport, etc. The new generation of KTP called E-rnKTP which has a lot of benefits of utility, integrity, security and reliability.rnReliable card management system is needed to support the operational of E-rnKTP. The E-KTP card management system (CMS) is a comprehensive systemrnto manage and monitoring the card lifecycle from the beginning phase or cardrnissuing until the card invalidation process as well as to handle whole E-KTPrnbusiness process. Because of the time limitation, in this thesis will only explorernmore about one of the features in CMS which called ?Card Tracking?. Cardrntracking feature is a feature which very useful to know until where the E-KTP isrnbeing process and check the validity of E-KTP temporary receipt called Resi.rnResi is a receipt which the applicant gets after applying an E-KTP and it will berninvalid once the making process of the E-KTP finished. This research isrnexpected to bring easiness for the government and public regarding the usage ofrnResi and E-KTP through online information services.
