Analysis of factors influencing ethical behavior toward organizational behavior: a case study at Bank XYZ
The purpose of this research is to study and analyse the influencing factors of ethics program as perceived by the employees of Bank XYZ and to examine how the ethics program affects the organization behavior at Bank XYZ.rnThe primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires to 114 employees of Bank XYZ conducted on 12th January 2015 - 22th January 2015. The data was analysed using SPSS and AMOS softwares to generate a path diagram model.rnFinding of this research is that all factors (Leader Behavior, Reward System, Internal Control Policy, Performance Appraisal, and Code of Conduct) of employee behavior show positive significant relationships to employee ethical behavior of Bank XYZ.rnCode of Conduct and Internal control are dominants factors in influencing employee ethical behavior, while Leader or manager behavior, reward system, and performance appraisal are found to be the less influence factor.rnThe Employee ethical behavior significantly influences Organization behavior at Bank XYZ.
