Determinants of the Indonesian's user acceptance of mobile banking technologies, case: the mobile banking service of Bank Central Asia
This research explores the key factors of customer?s Acceptance on using the mobile banking service in indonesia with the special case of bank central asia as well as the npv (net present value) of mobile banking in comparison with older existing electronic channel atm (automated teller machine). The study is based on technology acceptance model ,reliability and validity test was measured with spss 17 on the collected questionaire and amos 16 was used to study the direct effect of the examined variables of the intention to use the mobile banking service and also structured interview was used to form the conclusion. In this thesis perceived of usefulness and perceived of flexibility the dominant factors of user?s Acceptance for choosing this payment mode and further the npv analysis displayed how much a bank can save cost and identified the business value of mobile banking as the extension of electronic channel.
