Implementation of strategic innovation in packaging for creating value and increase the revenue of PT XYZ
The main purpose of this thesis is to study and to analyze on how the strategy in innovation works to increase the revenue and creating the value to the stake holders. With qualitative and quantitative analysis, this study will give a contribution to build the innovation mindset in the industry since in most of the case it is proven to increase revenue, capturing the new market and creating the value to the customer. rnThis research find that the innovation strategy implemented in packaging is increasing the revenue in most of the category of customer especially to support the customer in food industry. It also brings the value to the customer by providing rapid product development, supporting their product development and its inquiries within 24 hours, the organization capability to support the customer in order to develop their product with the short lead time development and highest quality, supported by the skill full and knowledgeable team; and high technology product development tools which create the competitive advantages to the customer.
