The Impact of multimedia content adaptation solution on company's profitability: a case study of PT XYZ
The purpose of this research is to study and analyze whether there is potential market for mobile multimedia services solution in indonesia, to analyze the adaptation solution, adoption factor of the services, to assess the consumer requirement and key success factors of mobile multimedia services. This study helps pt. Xyz-mobile operator and the contents provider to identify and evaluate a potential business on mobile multimedia services to find out the adaptation solution to meet customer behavior adoption and requirements. The research result indicates that indonesia market is potential for mobile multimedia solution, especially, people in indonesia often to access the internet from their mobile handset for social media, social networking, chatting and contents download. The tremendous growing of the handset with hundreds type, models and feature capabilities, it might potential to increasing the failure rate of multimedia contents delivery. Instead of technology adaptation, there is influencing of performances expectation" of the user as one of the dominat factor and following by second factor "social influence" and "facilitating conditions" of the user to adopt and acceptance this services and value to them."
