The Impact of the remuneration system and organization culture on the employee's motivation and job satisfaction in PT. XYZ
In this study, the author would like to analyze the impact of the remuneration system and organization culture on employee?s Motivation and job satisfaction in pt. Xyz. The main purpose of this research is to determine whether the correlation between the remuneration system and organization culture and employee?s Motivation and job satisfaction is positively significance or not. The primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires from 121 employees and analyzed using the spss, amos structural equation modeling (sem) and descriptive analysis. The result analysis of this research shows that there is a positive correlation between the remuneration system, organization culture, employee?s Motivation and job satisfaction. The organization culture is very important predictor of the employee?s Motivation.
