Analysis of the influence of job satisfaction to employee's loyalty and sales performance of medical representative at neuroline division of PT. MI
The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction to employee?çös loyalty and sales performance of medical representatives at neuroline division of pt.mi. The primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires to all 80 medical representatives of neuroline division pt.mi. The data is analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem) and statistical analysis to test the, hypotheses. Finding of this research is that all factors (pay, general job role, promotion, supervision, co-workers, autonomy in doing job, perceived no growth, and perceived over qualification) are positively influence job satisfaction. Pay and job role are the most significant factors in influencing job satisfaction of medical representative at neuroline division of pt. Mi, while supervision is found to be the less influence factor. The job satisfaction significantly influences employee?çös loyalty and sales performance of medical representatives at pt.mi.
